What is a Pressure Sewer System?
A pressure sewer system consists of a series of positive displacement grinder pumps moving finely ground effluent material along a network of small diameter polyethylene pipes.
Each dwelling within the system has a below ground pump station. The wastewater is delivered to the station by traditional gravity methods; this is then ground into a fine slurry and pumped under a low pressure through a network of polyethylene pipes. The piping network can extend for many thousands of metres at a total dynamic head of 60 metres.

- On Property Design – typically a Pressure Sewer System will require each property to have an individual design completed to ascertain the position of the Pressure Sewer Equipment. This is done in consultation with the property owner.

- Pressure Sewer Health Checks – Trieannual inspection of each Pressure Sewer Unit checking for faults, recording run data, assessing the condition and potential contaminants of the pressure sewer unit.
- Pressure Sewer Pump Repairs – locally we can provide the service of repairing your pressure sewer pump.
- Call Outs or Emergency Calls – if required H2H Plumbing can assist their clients with emergency call outs or damages to the Pressure Sewer network
